Deposits
|

Deposits are required for all bookings, within 7 days of booking being made
Deposits received after this time will not necessarily guarantee accommodation
All deposits are non-refundable
|
|
Payment
|
|
Balance is payable on arrival
Cheques are accepted with valid Bankers Card.
Major credit cards are accepted, subject to a supplement of
£1 per £50 or part thereof
No surcharges apply to debit cards
Any costs incurred during a stay must be settled the same day

|
Cancellation
|
|
In the event of cancellation, guests are liable in law for two thirds of the total cost of the booking if reserved accommodation cannot be relet. Bookings secured on cards are subject to £15pppn cancellation charge.
Guests are strongly advised to insure against such eventualities

|
Smoking
|
|
Smoking is not allowed inside the building
Evidence of smoking in bedrooms will be deemed a breach of contract and termination of stay may result
|
|
Meals
|
|
Breakfast from 08.45am. No breakfasts are served after 9.30am
Bar Snacks generally available throughout the day
Special requirements should be notified in advance
No allowance is made for non take-up of meals
|
|
Rooms
|
|
Rooms are normally available for occupancy at lunchtime, and must be vacated
by 10.00am on day of departure unless arranged otherwise
Guests failing to vacate at agreed time will be liable to additional charges
|
|
Lost & Found
|
|
Any belongings not claimed within 7 days will be given to charity
Cost of return must be paid in advance by guests
|
|
Termination of Stay
|
|
Any stays terminated by either party before end of booked period will not be liable
for any refund
Consistent inconsiderate behaviour to other guests and wilful or avoidable damage
will be deemed breach of contract, and may result in termination of stay
|
|
Keys
|
|
Loss of keys necessitating a change of lock will be charged at £35.00
|
|
Damage
|
|
Wilful or avoidable damage must be paid for
|
|
Children
|
|
The Three Tees accepts no responsibility for any harm or injury to unsupervised children
