Having booked to stay at The Three Tees as a cheaper (50% cheaper!!) alternative to the nearby Glendorgal, where we were attending a wedding, we were both extremely happy with our choice. The welcome was warm and friendly and, following a quick phonecall in advance, we were even able to check in mid morning. The room was cosy and traditional sea side B&B with the added bonus of a sea view from our window. The bathroom was small but served all our needs with a lovely warm and reasonably powerful shower. Breakfast the next morning was great, with plenty provided … very much needed after a few too many celebratory drinks many the day before!! Overall we could not recommend Three Tees any more highly. – LateRooms 22 June
3 Tees was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding at Lusty Glaze. The owners Greg and Fiona are a fantastic couple and are the perfect hosts. The friendly welcome we received from both Fiona and Greg made us feel very welcome and valued guests. The ground floor room allocated to us was perfect, immaculately clean, ample space, en-suite shower room and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was superbly cooked to order and served at our table – a very welcome change from the large chain hotels! If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay but within easy walking distance to excellent beaches and the bustling Newquay town centre give this place a go – you won’t be disappointed! – TripAdvisor 16 June
We stayed for 2 nights in early June and chose the Three Tees mainly for its location close to Lusty Glaze beach. Greg & Fiona gave us a very friendly welcome, and we found our room to be a good size, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, tasty and plentiful.
At first glance the hotel might seem a little distant from Newquay centre, but it’s close enough to walk, and much quieter! It’s a short walk to either Lusty Glaze or Porth beaches.
We’d definitely recommend it, and will stay again – Tripadvisor
Have stayed here before, very convenient for Newquay town centre by car or 15-20 min pleasant walk. The owners Greg and Fiona make you very welcome, the rooms are always spotless and breakfast is very filling and well cooked. The hotel is in a quiet location can,t wait to go back. – Tripadvisor
We stayed overnight at The Three Tees Hotel, with our dog, and it was a perfect mini break! Excellent accommodation, immaculately clean room and bathroom, and a tasty hearty breakfast! Greg and Fiona were super friendly and helpful – pointing us in the right direction for dog friendly beaches and gorgeous (and dog friendly too) places to eat. The town centre was just a few minutes walk away. Completely family friendly hotel – well recommended! – Tripadvisor
We loved this little B & B, the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was very clean and rooms were a good size (for a couple or family). The breakfast was very good and the portion sized good with as much toast and juice as you wanted. If we ever went to Newquay again we would definitely look to stay here.
There is nothing about this place we didn’t like. Booking.com
I was very happy with the hotel and the service provided. The host was very helpfull and the room was very nice and clean. I couldn’t ask for more. I would definitely recommend the place to other people – LateRooms
Stayed for 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend.
It’s a very friendly family run hotel with a nice homely feel to it with nice smiley owners who are very helpfull, recommended and will stay here again if back in newquay. – Tripadvisor
Very friendly . Breakfast was lovely. The location is in the quieter part of Newquay which is perfect for families, yet it is only a short distance from two beautiful beaches and a 10 min walk from town.
We never used our car once. The views from our bedroom window were pretty amazing too. To sum up the b&b in one; A b&b with with great hosts and perfect accommodation! – TripAdvisor
we had 4 days at the three tees hotel and loved every minute . Greg and fiona are really nice people and give you a insight of good places to visit and they tell you if there are any events going on . our room was well presented and had a sea view. my husband recommends there full English breakfast and the only noise we heard were the seagulls. we loved sitting down at the bar every evening talking to others that were staying there .the hotel is walking distance to the beach & shops .great value for money. we had a nice comfy bed slept like a baby .
we would stay here again . very dog friendly – TripAdvisor
My husband & I stayed here for two nights late July. Greg & Fiona run a wonderful B&B, they are friendly, full of helpful information about Newquay and the surrounding areas. Breakfast was well cooked (contributed to the extra kilos put on during our 7 week europe holiday!) and service very friendly. Loved the chat & drinks with fellow travellers in the bar area. – TripAdvisor
can i start my review with a big thank you to greg and fiona for being perfect hosts on our holiday.we stayed for 10 nights at the three tees and enjoyed every minute of it.the hotel is a short walk from the bussel of the town. the brecky was lovely (not a plate of food swimming in fat). we took our king charles with us so came back to the hotel for a drink in the bar each night. the bar prices are reasonable and you can sit out on the garden if you wish.the bedroom was very clean and a comfortable bed was waiting each night. – TripAdvisor
My wife and I have been to Newquay many times before to visit family and enjoy Cornwall. This time we had the good fortune to book our 6 night stay at The Three Tees, from the moment we arrived Greg and Fiona made us feel very welcome in their lovely hotel. Everything in Three Tees is of a good standard including a peaceful sitting-room with a wide variety of books covering most aspects of Cornwall. I am a vegetarian and Greg and Fiona went out of their way to ensure I had a full breakfast. They even gave me 2 different types of vegetarian sausages to find out which kind I preferred! We agree with other contributors who sang the praises of the quality and quantity of the breakfasts. We also found a great way to round off our days – having a drink in the hotel bar when we returned, and having the most wonderful conversations with Greg and Fiona. Three Tees is also in a great location for visiting Newquay town and it’s beaches, while not being affected by the towns bustle. – TripAdvisor
The Three Trees is a wonderful place to stay whilst in Newquay. Myself and my wife (and Dog, Toby) spent three lovely nights at the B&B to celebrate our wedding aniversary. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. Greg and Fiona made us feel very welcome and went the extra mile to make a short break a perfect one. Thanks guys it was great.

We had a great four nights in the Three Tees Hotel. Greg and Fiona went out of their way to be helpful and were lovely and friendly throughout our stay. They provided storage for our surfboards and were very informative about the local area. George our poodle was also made to feel very welcome. A nice quiet location within easy walk of the main town. We would definitely recommend a stay here. – TripAdvisor
Just booked last minute for a nite away and found this place on Trip Advisor and all the good reviews are right, friendly, welcoming and a comfy bed. All in all a good place to stay. Clean and tidy and that’s all you need when you are away from home. – TripAdvisor

Warm welcome, great location and a nice room with a comfy bed. We were able to come and go as we pleased, get a drink from the bar whenever we wanted and have a chat with the owners who gave us some great tips on places to eat and visit. The breakfast was superb, cooked fresh but very quick and all for a very reasonable price. Could not of asked for more and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday even more memorable. – TripAdvisor
We chose this hotel because we needed a dog friendly place to stay. The welcome we received was very friendly, the room was clean and tidy with a lovely cumfy bed.We will stay there again. – TripAdvisor
While we chose the place just by random i have to admit that me and my family was quite overwhelmed by our friendly hosts and the very nice location. It has no sea view and it is a little bit of walking to either the city and the beaches, but it is also in a rather quiet location, which is really good at night. The rooms are clean and good standard, the breakfast is excellent. But what makes this place outstanding are the hosts, Greg and Fiona. They have a superb knowledge of the area and would recommend any place, when asked. Try have a little chat with them in the evening. We had lots of fun and would happily recommend this place to anyone traveling with his family. The dogs are great as well and the owners are dog-friendly. – TripAdvisor
we chose the three tees because we needed a dog friendly accommodation.
it was an excellent choice for location, rooms were clean and tidy, lovely breakfasts cooked by Fiona and served by Greg the owners.although we didn’t use the bar and garden much, it was nice to have the facility if we needed.hope to visit again next year.would recommend to everyone. – TripAdvisor
We have just come back from a 2 night stay at The Three Tees and felt really comfortable and relaxed. The double room was neat and tidy and of a good standard. The best B@B bed we’ve slept in! with blackout lined curtains, so no waking up too early. Even though it had a number of rooms, we were not bothered by noise from other guests. Situated on the quieter side of Newquay with an easy 15-20 min walk into the town with lovely sea views along the way.
Would go back again, as felt excellent value for money. – TripAdvisor
Good simple accommodation with a decent cooked breakfast – Booking.com
Clean comfortable hotel with really charming and friendly hosts. Breakfast was certainly as much as I could eat and they were happy to provide snacks at other times. Three Tees was just a short walk to the cliff top and beaches. Ten minutes to the town centre so all very convenient. Shame about the present the seagulls left on my car!! – LateRooms
